Rich saved the day! I requested a bob cut at another salon a couple days ago and they butchered my hair. I reached out to Rich who took the time to understand what I wanted, analyzed my hair and explained exactly what he was going to do. When he was done he said he tried his best. He was being modest, he really worked his magic...my hair looks amazing! Rich is a professional and true master at the skill of cutting/styling hair. Thank you so much Rich, I love my hair.
